Inytialgo is a consultancy specialized in high pressure die casting (HPDC) of light alloys, working for plants in Mexico. We work on four fronts —consulting, training, simulation software and equipment— with a single goal: that a die casting plant makes good parts on the first shot and at a lower cost.

Simulation, training and a good part of the consulting move forward online, on the model and on your numbers, without waiting for anyone. The phases that demand standing in front of the machine—die setup, validating changes, new die start-ups—are scheduled as visits to your plant.

Why a consultancy based in Barcelona serves a plant in Mexico well
It is the first reasonable question a plant manager asks, so we answer it head on. The team works from Barcelona, Spain, and most of the work is in Mexico. Consulting and training also run online—live sessions, simulation reviews, diagnosis on your data—and when a phase calls for standing next to the machine, Òscar travels to your plant.

Most of our clients are Mexican plants. Our schedule, our priorities and the cases we have in hand are already there; we do not adapt a European service to Mexico, it is the other way around.
We work on your hours
Although the team works from Barcelona, we keep Mexican business hours: calls and live sessions happen during your working day, not ours. Outside those hours we answer on WhatsApp or by email, with the commitment to reply to you in less than one business day.
