Inytialgo is a consultancy specialized in high pressure die casting (HPDC) of light alloys. We work on four fronts —consulting, training, simulation software and equipment— with a single goal: that a die casting plant makes good parts on the first shot and at a lower cost.

How we work
Four rules we do not negotiate
Your resources are sized for a standardized process. When a new project comes in or a quality crisis blows up, those resources are stretched and what was stable stops being stable. That is where we come in.

A bounded, measurable proposal
We analyze, we audit and we present a specific support proposal, limited in time and with a measurable objective.

The know-how stays inside
If your people cannot repeat the criteria without us once the project is over, the work was left half done: the change is sustained by the plant team, not by the report.

In Spanish, with no middlemen
Reports, training, simulation reviews and support, all in Spanish and with the person who did the analysis. No translations and no commercial layer between you and the technician.

Simulation does not need a plane ticket; consulting does take it
Simulation work—geometry, filling, solidification, parameters, process data—moves forward on the model and on your numbers, without waiting for anyone. Consulting is another story: that one is done at your plant, in front of the machine.

Why a consultancy based in Barcelona serves a plant in Mexico well
It is the first reasonable question a plant manager asks, so we answer it head on. The team works from Barcelona, España, and most of the work is in Mexico — and not only remotely: Òscar travels to the plant constantly, and the consulting work is done in person, on your production floor.

Mexico is not the exception
Most of our clients are Mexican plants. Our schedule, our priorities and the cases we have in hand are already there; we do not adapt a European service to Mexico, it is the other way around.
The time zone works in your favor
Morning in Mexico overlaps with afternoon in Barcelona: there is a daily window for calls and live sessions. Outside it we answer on WhatsApp or by email, with the commitment to reply to you in less than one business day.
