Leading Simcenter Inspire Cast distributor (Siemens)
High pressure die casting software and consulting for Mexican industry
We simulate the filling and solidification of your parts before any die steel is cut: less porosity, less scrap and tooling that runs in production on the first try.
Filling
Trapped air, cold shuts and second-phase velocity
Solidification
Shrinkage, porosity and areas that solidify last
Die
Gates, runners, vents and overflows
- Support and training in Spanish
- 45-minute session on a real part from your plant
- Shop-floor know-how behind every simulation

Lines of work
Four ways to work with us
It almost always starts with the software and ends on the shop floor: simulate a part, understand what is going wrong and leave your team able to repeat it without us.
Simulation software
Filling and solidification simulation and structural analysis with the Siemens tools. Licensing, rollout and support in Spanish.
Consulting
Technical support on the shop floor to bring scrap down, stabilize the injection process and get more life out of every die.
Training
Training so your team decides on technical grounds and not on intuition: process, die, alloy and defects.
Equipment
Die casting equipment—vacuum systems, die casting machines—chosen for what your process actually needs.
How we get into your process
Three steps, one real case from your plant
A simulation done well points to where the problem is; correcting it on the floor is another conversation. That is why we start with a part that is giving you trouble today.

01
Diagnosis
We look at the part, the die and the parameters you are running today. We usually come in through high scrap, porosity that comes back lot after lot, or a thin-walled component whose die will not fill at the velocity the part demands.

02
Simulation
We reproduce filling and solidification on your CAD model: how the metal enters, where air gets trapped, how it loses temperature and in what order the part solidifies. All of it with the die steel still uncut.
Deliverable · runs compared and evidence

03
Action plan
You leave with specific, prioritized changes: gating system, gates, vents, overflows and shot parameters. What gets corrected in the model and what gets corrected on the machine, with your people on the floor.

Flagship product
Simcenter Inspire Cast
Simcenter Inspire Cast (formerly Altair Inspire Cast) shows you how the metal enters, where air gets trapped and in what order the part solidifies. All of it with the die still on screen and the steel uncut.
- Gas porosity and air trapped during filling.
- Short shots and cold shuts in thin-walled components.
- Shrinkage and hot spots from unbalanced solidification.
- Gating, gate and venting design before you machine the die.
- Trapped air
- Shrinkage and last area to solidify
- Gate and runners
- Venting and overflows
Simcenter Simsolid
Simcenter Simsolid (formerly Altair SimSolid) runs structural analysis straight on the CAD geometry, with no meshing and no stripping detail from the model. It tells you how much a die opens under injection pressure or whether a plate is overbuilt.
Altair One
Not a solver itself, but the way to license and run all the others: one shared pool of units and access from any computer, with nothing to install on each workstation.
Try it with a part of your own
In a session of about 45 minutes we go through a part with porosity, a fill that will not complete or a die you want to validate before machining, and we show you what the simulation reveals. With no commitment to buy.
